Chicken Wings on BBQ Cooker main dish chicken

No matter how you prefer your wings, we've got you covered! Mild, medium or hot - make your favorites using the Carolina Cooker® 22 in., Kamado Grill!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of chicken wings, I like the whole ones 
  • 1 Can of your favorite Carolina Cooker Seasoning
  • 1 Bottle of your favorite Carolina Cooker Sauce

Directions

  1. Coat wings liberally with your favorite rub
  2. Cook until the inner temperature is 165 degrees
  3. Coat Wings with your favorite sauce
  4. Cook until the wings are slightly caramelized
  5. Let cool and Enjoy
