Split Pea Soup with Country Ham main dish Split Pea Soup with Country Ham Recipe

Thick, hearty, healthy and full of unique flavors - Don't be too shy to try this Split Pea Soup recipe!
It's naturally savory with an almost smoky taste by adding in some country ham. A protein packed soup that offers up taste without sacrificing all the healthy benefits, and unbelievably we think it tastes even better when cooked in advance for enjoying later as it improves the flavor combination & helps to thicken
up the dish. If you've never tried it before, this is your sign to give it a go with a steaming bowl! Pairs really well with fresh cornbread or a slice of white loaf bread.
