This deliciously rich, delightfully cheesy & creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip is always a crowd-pleaser.
The ultimate party dip 'cause you can't stop eating it! Can be served hot or cold with tortilla chips,
crackers or spread over toasted baguette slices for a little added crunch.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup parmesan, grated
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread or crackers for serving
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt, parmesan, lemon, and garlic. Whisk to combine.
- Next add in the artichoke and spinach, stir gently. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, taste to adjust if necessary.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is a slight golden brown.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers.
