Spinach Artichoke Dip side dish Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

This deliciously rich, delightfully cheesy & creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip is always a crowd-pleaser.
The ultimate party dip 'cause you can't stop eating it! Can be served hot or cold with tortilla chips,
crackers or spread over toasted baguette slices for a little added crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup parmesan, grated
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread or crackers for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt, parmesan, lemon, and garlic. Whisk to combine.
  3. Next add in the artichoke and spinach, stir gently. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, taste to adjust if necessary.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is a slight golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with bread or crackers.
