Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 8 ounces cream cheese - room temperature
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup parmesan - grated
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves - minced
- 1 can artichoke hearts - drained
- 10 ounces frozen spinach - thawed and drained
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes - split in half
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees
Note: Keep the crescent rolls cold until ready to build your wreath in the skillet - In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, parmesan, lemon, and garlic.
Whisk to combine well - Next add in the artichoke and spinach stirring gently. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt and
pepper to taste - Starting with a small bowl upside down in the center of the skillet, separate the crescent rolls into individual triangles and arrange into a wreath shape by shaping the shorter side around the bowl and draping the long point over the outside of the skillet
- Spoon the spinach and artichoke dip into the center of the dough all around the wreath
- Pull the ends of the dough triangles over the spinach artichoke dip and tuck under so that the
filling is visible - Arrange the sliced cherry tomatoes into the dough around the wreath evenly
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown
