Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese - room temperature
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup parmesan - grated
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves - minced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts - drained
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach - thawed and drained
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes - split in half

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° degrees
    Note: Keep the crescent rolls cold until ready to build your wreath in the skillet
  2. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, parmesan, lemon, and garlic.
    Whisk to combine well
  3. Next add in the artichoke and spinach stirring gently. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt and
    pepper to taste
  4. Starting with a small bowl upside down in the center of the skillet, separate the crescent rolls into individual triangles and arrange into a wreath shape by shaping the shorter side around the bowl and draping the long point over the outside of the skillet
  5. Spoon the spinach and artichoke dip into the center of the dough all around the wreath
  6. Pull the ends of the dough triangles over the spinach artichoke dip and tuck under so that the
    filling is visible
  7. Arrange the sliced cherry tomatoes into the dough around the wreath evenly
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown
