Ingredients:
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ cups chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees
- In a large bowl - Combine butter, both sugars, vanilla, salt, baking powder and baking soda
- Using a paddle mixer (if available) beat until soft and fluffy; Approximately 8 minutes
- Next add the eggs and fold them into the mixture, making sure to add them one at a time
- Now add in the all-purpose flour and finish up by folding in the chocolate chips last
- Add mixture to your greased 10.5 inch skillet and bake for 25 minutes
