Pineapple Upside Down Cake dessert

If there's one thing we love here at Carolina Cooker®, it's a family tradition! That's why we love this fruity and fresh pineapple upside down cake! The perfect cake combo with cherries and pineapples, considered a classic dessert you're sure to love.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple slices in juice
  • Maraschino Cherries
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 C pineapple juice
  • 1/2 C Vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Arrange pineapple slices in skillet and add cherry into the middle of each one.
  3. Mix together remaining ingredients and whisk to combine fully.
  4. Pour into skillet and bake at 350 for 45m, invert onto plate once cooled and enjoy
