Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter, melted
- ½ pint sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 10 to 12 small potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups corn flakes, crumbled
- Parsley, chopped fresh for garnish
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with melted butter, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, and chopped onion. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an enamel casserole pan.
- Sprinkle the crumbled corn flakes over the top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately topped with fresh parsley and enjoy!
