Did someone say seafood?! Enjoy this savory shrimp stir-fry dish from our friends at Carolina ALL Out. In this recipe, Chef Chad incorporates some Asian fusion flavors to cook a unique meal in the Carolina Cooker cast iron wok.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
  • 1 Cup pre-cut Cabbage Slaw
  • 1 package pre-cooked Stir Fry noodles
  • Salt n Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut sauce
  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 2 TBSP Wok Oil (neutral oil w/ high smoke point)
  • 1 TBSP Soy sauce
  • Carolina Cooker Hot Sauce - to taste

Directions

  1. Heat cast iron wok to 350 degrees
  2. Pour in 2 tablespoons of Wok Oil
  3. Pour in tablespoon of minced garlic and cook until fragrant
  4. Pour in cabbage slaw mixture, stir to coat
  5. Pour in 1 pound of peeled shrimp
  6. Fry for 3 to four minutes until shrimp is cooked through
  7. Season to taste
  8. Pour in a packet of pre-cooked stir fry noodles
  9. Stir in 1/4 cup of Peanut sauce and 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
  10. Add Carolina Cooker hot sauce for desired taste
