Product Overview

This ridged enamel griddle brings outdoor grilling indoors. Ideal to use for fish, burgers and more, it sears the outside of the food while locking in juices. This enameled cast iron skillet by Carolina Cooker® is easy to clean and does not require the seasoning step of regular cast iron. It is square in shape and measures 11 inches long x 11 inches wide x 1-3/4 inches tall. This enamel griddle has a long handle for easy lifting and a smaller support handle on the opposite side. This griddle is red in color and may be used on electric or gas stove tops.
