Use this casserole pan for convenient single pan cooked meals and desserts. It is oven safe up to 500° F and the cast iron construction produces excellent heat distribution. It measures 13-1/2 inches long x 10 inches wide x 2-3/4inches deep. Great for cooking family dinners or to use as a side dish pan for vegetables or dressing at holiday meals. There are dual sturdy handles that make this pot easier to transport in and out of the oven. The enamel coating on this lasagna pan allows it to be used instantly without the need to season it. The exterior finish of this rectangle cast iron pan is red.
