All I can say is WOW! I’ve baked lasagna, brownies, roasted chickens, hams... this pan bakes better than anything I own. I live how easy it cleans up too! I visit NC almost every year and Agri Supply is on my must do’s for another Carolina Cooker pan! How about coming to New York? I’d live to go locally!!!
