High Pressure Burner, 46,000 BTUs, Brass Elbow Fitting

Constructed of cast iron, this high pressure burner is rated at 46,000 BTUs. This cast iron burner is approximately 3-7/8 inches in diameter and 8-3/4 inches long, so it is portable along with your high pressure cooker. It also comes with a brass fitting, spring and air shutter. The air shutter is adjustable to regulate the air to gas mixture for the flame performance. The center of this Carolina Cooker® burner is constructed with 24 notches for the even distribution of the flame. With higher gas pressure, there is a higher heat delivery for this high pressure cast iron burner.
