Product Overview

With a 90 gallon capacity, this large cast iron pot by Carolina Cooker® is the ultimate outdoor cooking appliance. Used for boiling or frying foods, the cast iron construction allows heat to stay well retained throughout the cooking process. Heat is also distributed evenly to cook all food consistently and keep it hot. It measures 42 inches in diameter and 26 inches deep. Included is a stand that features three angled legs, each measuring 19 inches long for stabilizing this large stew pot. This cast iron cooking cauldron does not come seasoned, but when maintained properly, cast iron can last a lifetime.

We purchased the 90 gal cast iron stew pot about 5 years ago. We've made many stews out of it. Every fall, people begin asking when are we having our stew. It's a huge success. The pot is made of cast iron. Not too thick but just right to hold heat and cook a delicious stew. I highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed!!
