As with any outdoor cooking, the stand will be hot during cooking.

This 12 inch Carolina Cooker® propane cooker stand is perfect for frying, boiling, and steaming. The outdoor propane fryer stand is constructed of sturdy steel and painted black for rust resistance. The stand comes with a 46,000 BTU cast iron burner. A 30-inch hose and high-pressure regulator are included.
The Carolina Cooker® stand makes outside cooking simple, whether camping, tailgating, or family gatherings. The stand has a 5-inch built-in windshield to protect your flame from going out.
