With a cooking surface of 17 inches in diameter and a concaved center, this round griddle by Carolina Cooker® is useful for outdoor cooking. It can stand 9 inches tall above the ground when assembled, with three threaded legs that screw into the bottom of the griddle.
Product Overview
Soy Allergy Alert: This product is preseasoned with soybean oil.Constructed from cast iron and made to last, this griddle also comes preseasoned with soybean oil. It measures 17 inches in diameter with 2 lips on the side that act as lifting handles. Included are 3 threaded legs that screw tightly to the bottom of the cast iron griddle, raising it to 9 inches. The height creates an easier cooking zone above an outdoor fire. The center has a slight concave which allows food to cook flat and prevents it from sliding or rolling off the edges. Great for frying bacon, burgers, eggs, pancakes, vegetables, and more.
