Carolina Cooker® Fryer, 3 Burner, 2 Vats, 3 Baskets

This Carolina Cooker® outdoor fryer is perfect for frying fish, chicken, fries and more. This fryer has 3 high pressure cast iron burners with 46,000 BTUs each to bring your oil to frying temperature quickly.

The fish fryer has two vats for frying so there is no residual food taste carry over. The smaller fryer basin comes with two chrome plated fryer baskets and has a 2.7 gallon capacity. The large vat at a 7.0 gallon capacity has one chrome plated frying basket. Use this with the Carolina Cooker® aluminum lid to convert this larger fryer section into a steamer.

As with any outdoor cooking, make sure your unit is set up on a level surface to prevent tipping and never overfill the fryer vats.

• As with other fryers, drain plugs are unsafe and unsanitary when working with cooking oil that reaches high temperatures, and therefore there are no drain plugs in these vats. Please allow cooking oil to cool completely before draining vats.
