Carolina Cooker® Stainless Steel 2 Burner Fryer With Cover

The cooker has 2 aluminum vats that are 7-1/8" H x 13-1/8" L x 6-3/4" D x 11-1/8" W with 3 chrome plated commercial wire baskets. There are two small baskets, 10" L x 6-1/2" W x 6" D and larger basket is 13" L x 10-1/4" W x 6-1/2" D.

• Contains: (1) thermometer and (1) grill cover

• Vat capacity each: 14 quarts
• 2 high pressure burners (46,000 BTUs each), per vendor with a 10 PSI regulator & hose
• Use ASC #91053 as a regulator and hose replacement
• Use ASC # 59542 for Steamer Lid
