An ideal cooking tool for everyday meals. This Carolina Cooker® enameled 7 piece set may be used for a variety of stove top meals, side dishes, or desserts. The enameled cast iron cookware does not require seasoning the way traditional cast iron does. It provides an excellent and food friendly cooking surface while evenly distributing heat. Great to use for browning mushrooms and peppers, cooking omelets, or even for baking skillet desserts in ovens up to 400°.

I got these shortly after my house burned to ground last fall. I lost all my grandmothers cast iron pans, skillets and everything I own in the fire. I still want to buy the flat griddle and the large outdoor dutch oven. They cook evenly and everything I make is flavorful with these pans. I will be purchasing this set for my daughter and her college graduation gift for her new home.

My husband recently surprised me with this cast iron set of red enameled cookware. I was hooked on the first use! I prepared a chicken casserole that I have been cooking for years. It turned out better than ever! The chicken breast pieces were more tender and juicy than ever before. Since this first use, I have continued to use this set with great satisfaction. I would certainly recommend it, especially to those who use a gas stove.
