Stainless but thin so be careful

I bought this set 5-6-23 at Florence and used the 11 quart pot and lid to make BBQ hash (if you're from Columbia to Charleston you'll be familiar with Piggy Park hash). I only used this pot to make the final hash with the ground meat and ingredients and knowing it was thin, I decided to place a diffuser under while cooking. This helped but when finished I still had some "burnt" meat in the groove on the bottom. This was tolerable but the LID was so thin it stayed warped and would not seal to keep moisture in so I would not have to worry about my consistency changing. Sure wish it was heavier.
