Carolina Cooker®; 10-1/2" Preseasoned Skillet

Bake batches of cornbread, fry eggs and sear steaks, all from this preseasoned cast iron skillet. The cast iron construction allows your meals to cook evenly, on the stove top, in the oven, and outdoor when cooking over an open fire. Cast iron is extremely durable and when maintained properly, can last a lifetime. This skillet measures 10-1/2 inches in diameter x 1-7/8 inches deep with a 5-1/4 inch long handle. There is a 1-3/4 inch lip that works as a resting spot when carrying a hot skillet, and the base diameter of this skillet is 10-1/2 inches.
