This 10 gallon pre-seasoned cast iron stew pot with burner stand is designed for outdoor cooking and large batch meal preparation such as gumbo, jambalaya, soups, stews, and chili. The cast iron construction with 3/8 inch thick sides ensures superior heat retention and even heat distribution for consistent cooking results.This product is pre-seasoned with soybean oil.
The stew pot measures 20 inches in diameter, 12-3/4 inches in height, and 11 inches in depth, providing ample capacity for family gatherings, church events, and fundraisers. The pot includes two sturdy handles for easier lifting and positioning.
The heavy-duty metal stand measures 18 inches high with a 19-1/2 inch diameter support ring and features three legs with attachable foot plates for added stability. The stand is equipped with a powerful 95,000 BTU, 10 inch diameter high-pressure burner, protected by a 6 inch windshield to maintain flame performance in outdoor conditions.
The set includes a 10 PSI regulator and hose assembly, along with a burner shutter, spring, and brass orifice for reliable propane operation. This unit is not compatible with natural gas. Designed strictly for outdoor use, this appliance is not intended for commercial use or as a turkey fryer.
