Constructed from durable cast iron, this BG-14 high pressure burner is engineered to deliver up to 100,000 BTUs of cooking heat, making it ideal for outdoor fryers, burner stands, and high capacity propane cooking setups. The burner measures approximately 10 inches in diameter and 14 inches in overall length, providing a wide and even flame pattern for consistent heat distribution during large batch cooking.

This burner includes a brass fitting orifice and an adjustable air shutter that allows precise control of the air-to-gas mixture for optimal flame performance. The air shutter helps you fine-tune combustion efficiency, producing a steady and powerful flame suited for frying, boiling, and high heat outdoor cooking applications. The burner is designed with four mounting screws positioned on an 8 inch circular spacing for secure installation.

It is manufactured to fit multiple Carolina Cooker® units and burner systems. For maintenance, compatible replacement orifice and shutter kits can be used to help keep the burner performing at its best.
