Description

Constructed from durable cast iron, this Carolina Cooker® high pressure burner is designed for dependable outdoor cooking performance with propane cookers, fryers, and burner stands. This burner can produce up to 60,000 BTUs when used with a 10 PSI regulator and hose, delivering strong heat output for boiling, frying, and large batch cooking applications.

The burner measures approximately 3-7/8 inches in diameter and 8-3/4 inches in overall length, making it compact and portable for outdoor cooking setups. An adjustable air shutter helps regulate the air-to-gas mixture for improved flame control and burner efficiency. The center section features 24 flame notches to help provide more even heat distribution during cooking.

This cast iron burner includes a brass fitting, spring, and adjustable air shutter assembly. It is designed for propane use only and cannot be used with natural gas. The burner is compatible with select Carolina Cooker® cooker and fryer models.
