Spinach Artichoke Dip
This deliciously rich, delightfully cheesy & creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip is always a crowd-pleaser.The ultimate party dip 'cause you can't stop eating it! Can be served hot or cold with tortilla chips,crackers or spread over toasted baguette slices for a little added crunch.
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup parmesan, grated
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread or crackers for serving
Directions
Step 01:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 02:
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, yogurt, parmesan, lemon, and garlic. Whisk to combine.
Step 03:
Next add in the artichoke and spinach, stir gently. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, taste to adjust if necessary.
Step 04:
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is a slight golden brown.
Step 05:
Serve warm with bread or crackers.
