Deep Fryer Turkey Bites

Get ready to "gobble" this one down! We love this quick & easy appetizer dish using Moss® Seafood Breader and our double-vat fryer. This recipe locks in all the flavors of your wild turkey without drying it out. Paired with the tangy mustard flavor of our Carolina Cooker® Southern Sunshine Grillin' Sauce -you can't go wrong!

Ingredients

Turkey Breast, cut into 1.5" - 2" cubes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Carolina Cooker® Hot Sauce
Moss® Seafood Breader
Vegetable Oil, enough to fry

Directions

Step 01: Season the cubed turkey with salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
Step 02: Next batter the seasoned turkey in the Moss® Seafood Breader.
Step 03: Heat the oil to 350-375 in a deep fryer.
Step 04: In batches, carefully fry the turkey bites for 4-5 minutes. After the turkey is completely cooked,let excessive oil drain before serving.
Step 05: Enjoy with a side of Carolina Cookers® Southern Sunshine Grillin Sauce.
