Venison Sausage Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
Yields 4 burritosSubstitute Protein: Pork Sausage1 venison sausage
6 eggs (whipped)
2 tbsp oil
1 cup diced onions
2 cups shredded potatoes (frozen hash browns)
2 cups shredded smoked Gouda or cheddar
Salt and pepper to taste
Carolina Cooker® Hot Sauce
Directions
Step 01:
Preheat your Carolina Cooker® flat top griddle. Once hot add oil and place sausage on the cook top. While the sausage is cooking, mix up the onions and potatoes and cook until crispy on the griddle.
Step 02:
Once sausage and potatoes are ready. Place eggs on the griddle season with salt and pepper and scramble.
Step 03:
At this point you can mix all ingredients and set to the side. Place tortillas on the griddle to heat up slightly. Put cheese on tortilla and fill tortilla with sausage mix. Wrap and serve.
