Ingredients
2/3 cups shortening
4 cups self-rising flour
1-1/4 cup milk
Directions
Step 01:
Cut shortening into flour and add milk. Mix together.
Step 02:
Place dough on a flour surface. Knead until smooth.
Step 03:
Roll out approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Step 04:
Cut out biscuits and place on a well-greased cookie sheet.
Step 05:
Bake at 475 degrees until done or well browned.
