Constructed with a durable 304 stainless steel case, ring, and 4-inch stem, this thermometer is built to handle demanding cooking environments while delivering dependable performance. The extended stem design allows more accurate internal temperature readings inside cookers and smokers, while the 1/2-inch NPT male threaded connection provides secure screw-in installation on compatible equipment.

Additional features include a 6.3 mm stem diameter, black pointer for clear visibility, and a rear calibration screw for temperature adjustments when needed. Suitable for use on pig cookers, grills, smokers, and BBQ pits, this unit includes the thermometer only.
