The Carolina Cooker® Aluminum Strainer Basket is a convenient accessory designed to fit perfectly inside the Carolina Cooker® 40 Qt. Aluminum Stock Pot. Built from durable aluminum, this basket allows you to easily lift and drain foods while cooking, making it ideal for boiling seafood, vegetables, or pasta.

The integrated lifting handle provides a secure grip for safe removal from hot liquids. Four raised feet elevate the basket approximately 1/4 inch off the bottom of the pot, allowing improved liquid circulation during cooking and helping prevent food from sticking to the base.

With a 11.7-inch diameter and 12-inch height, this strainer basket fits neatly into the compatible 40-quart stock pot while providing plenty of space for large batches.
