Constructed form durable steel, this Discada delivers excellent heat retention and even cooking performance for frying, sautéing, searing and grilling meats, vegetables, seafood, and more. The 1-1/2 inch deep sides help contain food during cooking, while the dual side handles allow for easier lifting and transport.

This Discada measures 22 inches in diameter with a 3 inch concave depth and a 3.5 mm thick steel construction for long-lasting durability. The cooking surface develops a natural seasoned coating over time with repeated use and seasoning. Minor blemishes or surface rust may be present upon arrival and can be removed before seasoning. This Discada does not include a lid and should be cleaned and seasoned prior to first use.
