Constructed for durability, the griddle features a 17 inch diameter cooking surface with a slight concave center that helps keep food positioned while cooking. The pre-seasoned with soybean oil surface allows the griddle to be ready for cooking use.

Three threaded legs screw securely into the bottom of the griddle, raising the cooking surface approximately 9 inches above the ground to create a comfortable cooking height over an outdoor fire. Two side lips act as lifting handles, making it easier to move and position the griddle during cooking.
