I’ve been considering one of those big name all in one griddles, but decided to go Carolina Cooker with the three burner and the griddle. Great choice to start out with. I cleaned and seasoned the griddle right away, then the first thing the next morning I was cooking my breakfast, quick, easy, and clean up in a snap. I made one modification, I put a 1/2 inch drain hole to allow the grease and drippings to run out into a catch can, making this a top notch cooking tool. For my next act, I cooked up some steak and pork burritos that puts the ones from a restaurants to shame. Now on to building an outdoor kitchen around this gem of a find. — Chris from SC
