Shrimp Fried Rice

Made with a blend of fresh grated garlic & ginger, our version of fried rice is perfect for lunch, dinner or your new go-to side dish. A must for anyone who loves Asian cuisine, this recipe offers up beautiful colors & golden rice. Ingredients

1 cup diced Carrots
1 cup diced Scallions
1 cup Peas
1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp grated Garlic
1 tbsp grated Ginger
4 cups cooked Rice
3 Eggs beaten

Directions

Step 01: Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and add shrimp
Step 02: Allow to saute for 2-3 minutes on one side and flip. Saute for an additional 2-3 minutes and remove to a bowl.
Step 03: Add carrots and scallions to the skillet and saute
Step 04: Once carrots are almost cooked through, add in eggs and stir to scramble
Step 05: Once eggs start to come together add rice in and stir well
Step 06: As the rice starts to toast, add in sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and peas and stir
Step 07: When everything is warm and combined, top with shrimp and serve
