The Large Portable BBQ Cooker from Carolina Cooker® is built for serious outdoor cooking performance and durability. Constructed with heavy-duty 12-gauge steel, this 4-burner propane cooker delivers a total output of 64,000 BTUs for powerful and even heat distribution.
With a spacious 51-inch by 33.5-inch cooking surface, it is ideal for preparing a wide variety of foods including BBQ, chicken, ribs, turkey, pig, hamburgers, and hot dogs. Designed for portability, the cooker features a trailer-style chassis with leaf springs for improved towing stability, a 2-inch ball coupler, and a 2,000 lb swivel jack for support.
Additional features include dual gas cylinder lifts, temperature gauge (100-750°F), grease drain with ball valve, rear reflectors for safety, and integrated storage baskets. This cooker is designed for outdoor recreational use and requires assembly.
