I’ve been considering one of those big name all in one griddles, but decided to go Carolina Cooker with the three burner and the griddle. Great choice to start out with. I cleaned and seasoned the griddle right away, then the first thing the next morning I was cooking my breakfast, quick, easy, and clean up in a snap. I made one modification, I put a 1/2 inch drain hole to allow the grease and drippings to run out into a catch can, making this a top notch cooking tool. For my next act, I cooked up some steak and pork burritos that puts the ones from a restaurants to shame. Now on to building an outdoor kitchen around this gem of a find.

Got as a Christmas gift. Fits perfectly on my grill. I love the design but it was cast fairly poorly. The cooking surface is not very flat so cleaning requires a bit more scrubbing.

I baby this thing like a 3rd kid. Cooks everything very well on any 2 - 3 burner stove. I use it on my 3 burner Camp Chef when the original cast iron griddle rusted.

this is a great addition to my outdoor kitchen! it is the only way to get a "flattop" cooked burger without going to a restaurant. perfect with the two burner. highly recomended

Just wanted to update my last review. Since then I have cooked steaks and burgers on this griddle. And they turned out great. They came out juicy and tender. I can put a whole pack of applewood smoaked bacon on it at one time.The more that I cook in it the more seasoned it gets. So if your looking for a great piece to and to your outdoor kitchen,this is it. And don't forget to get the two burner stove to go with it. You won't be sorry. Next I think I'll try polish sausage with onions and peppers. Thanks again for a great product.

I cook a big breakfast when we go camping and I was looking for a bigger griddle. I purchased a double burner a year ago and it was money well spent, so I purchased the griddle to go with my burner. All I can say is I wish I had gotten it sooner. It has plenty of room. I even cooked hot dogs on it. I will try steaks and burgers next. It is heavy and well built. Thanks for a great product
