Pineapple Upside Down Cake
If there's one thing we love here at Carolina Cooker, it's a family tradition! That's why we love this fruity and fresh pineapple upside down cake! The perfect cake combo with cherries and pineapples, considered a classic dessert you're sure to love.
Ingredients
- Pineapple slices in juice
- Maraschino Cherries
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 C pineapple juice
- 1/2 C Vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Arrange pineapple slices in skillet and add cherry into the middle of each one.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and whisk to combine fully.
- Pour into skillet and bake at 350 for 45m, invert onto plate once cooled and enjoy
