Old Hickory® has been manufacturing knives with artisan processes for over 90 years. This trusted paring knife has a 4 in. blade made of carbon steel and a strong, hardwood handle. The blade features the Tru-Edge from Ontario Knife Company.
Product Overview
Ideal for small cutting jobs, such as peeling or de-veining shrimp, this paring knife has a comfortable, genuine hardwood handle. Made of a full tang, the carbon steel blade is secured to the 3-1/2 in. handle by brass rivets. The blade is tempered and hand ground to a .1 in. thickness. For best results, hand wash and dry completely.
