Grilled Wild Duck Breast
It's outdoor cooking season! Check out how juicy, tender & downright DELICIOUS this wild duck recipe turns out on the Carolina Cooker® Kamado Grill! This ceramic grill is excellent for searing & smoking to keep your wild game meat flavorful with very little effort.
Ingredients:
- 8 duck breast halves, skinless & bone-in
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Mix Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic, and pepper in a large bowl. Add duck breasts. Toss well to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For best results, let marinate overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the duck to desired doneness. Five minutes per side for medium-well. The size of the breast, and the temperature of the grill, will influence cooking time.
