Granny's Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2/3 cups shortening
- 4 cups self-rising flour
- 1-1/4 cup milk
Directions
- Cut shortening into flour and add milk. Mix together.
- Place dough on a flour surface. Knead until smooth.
- Roll out approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out biscuits and place on a well-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 475 degrees until done or well browned.
