Carolina Oyster Knife

My father gave me one back in the late 80's. Got another in the late 90's. Both still in use today. I have never found a better oyster knife, and believe me I had tried a lot of them. — Jerry from VA

I have used these for years now & just love them. the blade is wide to provide the extra leverage to get to the inside. plus the flanged handle protects you hand from the rough edges. Very good value at these prices.
