Carolina Brunswick Stew

Make your entire kitchen smell amazing when you cook this Carolina Brunswick stew using our red enamel cast iron. A southern staple, we keep to our roots by adding in pulled pork, BBQ sauce and of course a blend of farm fresh vegetables! Great recipe idea to prepare and freeze to enjoy during those cold winter months.


  • 1 lb pulled pork
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 C chicken stock
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 C lima beans
  • 1 C corn
  • 1 C green beans
  • 1 C potatoes diced
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes


  1. Heat dutch oven over medium, add onion and garlic.
  2. Sauté until onions are translucent then add chicken stock, brown sugar, Worcestershire, beans, corn, potatoes and tomatoes.
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 1 hour with lid on.
  4. Remove lid and add pork, simmer with lid off for 15 min. and serve!
