Smaller sized and precisely made for smaller portions, this 11-1/2 quart canner is made with a porcelain coated steel and heats quickly and evenly on a gas or electric stove top. A fitted jar rack and lid are included and it can hold up to seven pint mason jars. The entire assembly is dishwasher safe.
