Grilled Wild Duck Breast

Ingredients

8 duck breast halves, skinless & bone-in
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 01: Mix Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic, and pepper in a large bowl. Add duck breasts. Toss well to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For best results, let marinate overnight.
Step 02: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Step 03: Grill the duck to desired doneness. Five minutes per side for medium-well. The size of the breast, and the temperature of the grill, will influence cooking time.
