Carolina Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
1 pound pulled pork
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup lima beans
1 cup corn
1 cup green beans
1 cup potatoes, diced
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
Directions
Step 01:
Heat cast iron cookware of your choice to a medium heat. Toss in onions and minced garlic.
Step 02:
Sautéuntil onions are translucent and mixed well with garlic,
Step 03:
Next slowly pour in chicken stock, brown sugar and Worcestershire. Stir together liquids well.
Step 04:
Last add all the vegetables - beans, corn, potatoes and tomatoes.
Step 05:
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 1 hour with the lid still on.
Step 06:
Remove lid and stir in pulled pork.
Step 07:
Simmer with lid off for 15 minutes and then serve!
