Beer Butt Chicken On The Kamado

For a fall off the bone perfect chicken, use this recipe on our Kamado Grill and grill to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 can of your favorite Carolina Cooker® seasoning
  • 1 bottle of your favorite Carolina Cooker® sauce
  • 1 can of your beer of choice

Directions

  1. Lather butter all over and inside the skin of a whole chicken.
  2. Coat chicken liberally with your favorite rub.
  3. Add one of your favorite beers to the to use as a chicken stand.
  4. Cook chicken at 250°F to 300°F. Internal temperature should be 165°F.
  5. Coat chicken with your favorite Carolina Cooker® sauce.
  6. Pull chicken and enjoy.
