Beer Butt Chicken on the Kamado
For a fall off the bone perfect chicken, use this recipe on our Kamado Grill and grill to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 can of your favorite Carolina Cooker® seasoning
- 1 bottle of your favorite Carolina Cooker® sauce
- 1 can of your beer of choice
Directions
- Lather butter all over and inside the skin of a whole chicken.
- Coat chicken liberally with your favorite rub.
- Add one of your favorite beers to the to use as a chicken stand.
- Cook chicken at 250°F to 300°F. Internal temperature should be 165°F.
- Coat chicken with your favorite Carolina Cooker® sauce.
- Pull chicken and enjoy.
